Shipping conditions

Delivery throughout Switzerland & International: We would like to inform you that we are a collection service and sometimes do not hold any stock. Therefore, the estimated time to collect and ship your order is approximately 3 to 5 weeks. Please take this into account when planning.

Shipping methods and delivery times: We ship with care, but we need a few weeks to collect and ship your products. Please understand this longer delivery time. However, we offer free shipping for purchases worth 149 CHF or more.

Shipment tracking: We provide you with shipment tracking and tracking information via email and in your customer account.

Return Policy

This is how returns work for us:

  • Register the return by logging into the customer account in the order you placed within the return period.
  • Record the reason for the return and any notes. Then click on “Enter return”. Please note that return shipping costs apply.
  • Print out the return request and return the product by simply placing it in the package and attaching the return sticker to the package. It is important that the old shipping label is no longer visible.
  • Drop off the package at a Swiss Post branch or have pick@home pick it up at home. After confirmation you will receive a refund.
Return period: You have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to return items.
Please note that there are some items that cannot be returned. This includes products missing accessories, damaged products (excluding damage in transit), products missing the original packaging and food.
Some products can only be returned as long as the packaging has not been opened. This includes hygiene items such as toothbrushes, razors, etc. and products used to prepare or store food such as pans, Tupperware, etc.
If the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply:
  • Full refund of the purchase price: The item is in unopened, undamaged original packaging. For clothing and shoes, the purchase price will be refunded provided the following conditions are met: no signs of wear, labels on the garment and original packaging present.

The postage costs for returning items are generally borne by the customer. However, in some cases we will cover the return costs, for example if you receive a different item than ordered or if you provide incorrect information in the online shop.
